Shipping
We work with international manufacturing partners to bring you quality wellness products at fair prices. Because of this, please allow the following timelines:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days before your order ships.
- Delivery time: generally 7–9 business days, though some orders may take longer depending on your location.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- Shipping is currently available within the United States. If you're outside the US and want to check availability, please contact us first.
If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out any time and we'll look into it.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for return.
- If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
- For other returns (e.g. change of mind), return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item, typically within 5–7 business days.
