Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at tdwellnessinc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue where possible.
Other Returns
For returns due to change of mind or similar reasons, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after the timeframe above, first check your bank or credit card account, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at tdwellnessinc@gmail.com.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns due to change of mind are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
